Ten minutes is all you need to be inspired by the story of Bob Page, his wife Valerie, and their dog Shah.
Bob was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s four years ago. After a bad experience in short-term respite, a creative solution was needed to allow Bob to maintain his independence in doing the activity he loves most: walking.
On the right track shows that through small, creative solutions, we can support people with dementia to break down some of the barriers that can keep them from doing the things they enjoy.
Bob and Val are both on the Alzheimer’s Australia Consumer Dementia Research Network.
